We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellation (or moving your appointment) within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time or not showing up to your appointment will result in a 50% charge for the services scheduled. If your credit card is not currently on file, you will be required to pay the 50% cancellation fee prior to booking another appointment. After 3 late cancellations you will no longer be considered for scheduling. By scheduling an appointment you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may have their appointment shortened to accommodate their stylist’s schedule or be required to reschedule if shortening the appointment is not possible.
